Prior to joining the team, he worked as a Pre-Construction Coordinator for a large commercial construction company, where he played a key role in managing project details and supporting successful project launches. He also brings a solid foundation in sales, where he developed a solutions-focused approach and built lasting client relationships. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time outdoors—especially golfing, biking, and traveling.
