Duties

Assist with the installation of various insulation materials, including spray foam, fiberglass batts, cellulose, and fiberglass blow-in, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
Operate tools to facilitate efficient insulation work
Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing materials, tools, and waste disposal effectively
Lead or assist in training team members on proper insulation techniques and safety procedures
Collaborate with sales team & project managers to ensure seamless project progression

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is highly preferred, but we will train selected individuals
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to lead or support as needed in a fast-paced environment are preferred, but we will train selected individuals
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience & qualifications
